Villa Koskenäyräs is a unique celebration venue on the banks of the Kokonkoski rapids on the Kymijoki River. The historic manor setting, rapids scenery, and natural tranquility make your event unforgettable – whether it's a wedding, birthday, anniversary, or corporate event.
The event spaces accommodate up to 80 guests. The manor's main building offers accommodation for 20 people, so guests can stay overnight on-site. The riverside sauna, two hot tubs, and grill shelter complete the celebration package.

Yes, the manor has 8 bedrooms and 20 sleeping places, and they are included in the weekend party package (€3,490). If you book accommodation only, without an event, the villa rental is €1,395/night (VAT 13.5%).
Is catering included in the party package?
The party package includes the event spaces, riverside sauna, outdoor hot tubs, barn bar, large terrace, tableware, table linens and 20 sleeping places. Catering services are arranged separately – we're happy to help find a suitable partner.
How much does a wedding at Villa Koskenäyräs cost?
The weekend party package costs €3,490 per event (VAT 13.5%) and includes the event spaces, riverside sauna, outdoor hot tubs, barn bar, large terrace, tableware, table linens and 20 sleeping places. Accommodation and sauna are not charged separately. A 10% winter discount applies from Jan 1 to Apr 30. Catering and other extras are priced separately.
